Course Description

The aim of this module is to acquaint personnel with the contents of the various operational documents required for effective service delivery in combatting human trafficking.

Course Outcomes

At the end of this module, personnel should be able to:  Identify and describe the content and components of various policy documents  Discuss the rationale for the development of various policy documents  Apply the various documents to the day-to-day care and protection of victims  Identify and explain the link and complementary role of the documents.  Describe the Rights of a Child;  Mention the Indicators of child abuse;  Apply child protection principles in protection and assistance.  Discuss the essence of NRM in service delivery to victims  Identify the services required for the operationalization of NRM  List minimum requirements of for service delivery  Recognize the necessity State the for ethics and legal consideration in victims’ protection and assistance.
